Answer: Safety is our top priority. All the toys we sell are from reputable brands and channels. Question: What should we do if there are quality issues?
Answer: Please make sure to keep your purchase receipts (pocket receipts / electronic orders) safe. Under normal usage conditions, if the product has non-human-induced quality issues within the warranty period, you can come to the store with the receipts and we will handle the return, exchange or warranty according to the brand's regulations.
